  Went in earlier this week to get my license changed over from QLD to VIC. I was met by a girl just inside the door at a meet and greet style setup.She was friendly, courteous and just really well suited to that type of position.She pointed me to the correct counter where I was met by another staff member who again was really friendly and efficient.
  
  In an industry where sometimes customer service can be really challenging, I'm giving credit where it's due.The 2 staff members that I dealt with were absolutely fantastic.Great work guys, keep it up.A really good experience overall...
